They are active, at the very least. The skills effect only Passive hardeners or Active hardeners when not activated.

Sorry, i allready specified blasters, due to the fact, that im not wasting training time on rails at all. It would be a waste of skills to use Tech 1 Rails, but I think level 3s should be easily accomplishable with blasters.

My assumption is that a Deimos will be able to quickly mop up most Level 3 Missions, therefor earning quick LP. Also, +3 implants are going for way more than the LP would suggest. Third, the Deimos' tanking ability relieves the load on its low ...

True, the setup could use a little work, but first I would "aquire" and Apoc for missions, and the geddon for PVP. Keep the two seperate, so you never lose the source of your isk. Secondly, the NPC Geddon could do as follows: HIGH 7 Megapulses ...

Tech 2 Neutron can easily out DPS any other single gun of appropaite size with the same number of Appropiate Damage Modifiers (Gyrostabs, Heat Sinks...) The problem lies with the ship thats using it. The Armageddon can easily fit 7 Megapulse 2s ...
